Replacements and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In the unlikely event that items are missing from your order, you’ve received an incorrect item, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit a ticket to our Helpdesk: [email protected]

Once we resolve your ticket, please give us 24-48 hours to process your replacement order.

We do not offer a replacement on out-of-stock items. If a replacement cannot be completed due to unavailable stock, a refund will be issued.

International Orders:

  • We have no control over customs fees, and they vary by country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
